Ive been trying for days but I cant even download half of the file. They offer a full dl in one lot, but they charge 1 USD and Im guessing that is because servers arent cheap to run, but they also offer a free multi-part dl and I think it is 5 parts in total.

The mat file error I have not seen even though I have been spending the last few weeks updating this mod, so Im not sure its anything to do with this mod unless you can identify the related model. The maps of the various DLCs is taking up most of their bandwidth right now, but in the not too distant future, they will get to it.
